What We Want
- Better Jobs. We need to turn warehouse jobs into high quality jobs, so we have steady work and regular hours that we can count on.
- Higher Wages. Many warehouse workers make less than $9 an hour. We need a living wage that can support a family.
- Affordable Health Care. The health care coverage that we are offered is too expensive. We need affordable coverage that allows our family members to go to the doctor when they need to.
- Better Working Conditions. We face problems like production quotas, favoritism, intense heat, and bad air quality. We need to advocate together to fix these problems.
- The Freedom to Choose a Union. We want the freedom to choose a union free from fear and intimidation.
